We produce garments for domestic staff in private homes: trousers and jackets for waiters, dresses and aprons for waitresses, clothes for table service, kitchen and cleaning staff, and outfits for childminders.
Our range includes men’s battista jackets, clothes for maids in solid colours or with small floral patterns, and cotton aprons.
Uniforms for Hotels
The quality of our fabrics and the care we take over our finishes have led to our firm being chosen by prestigious Italian hotels for their professional clothing, such as the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, the Locanda Cipriani in Torcello and the Hotel Splendid in Lugano, Switzerland. We have two collections and a wide range of colours.
Catering & Restaurants
Mercatores has also become successfully established among hotel, bar, restaurant and catering businesses by specialising in making uniforms for chefs, garments for table service staff, and clothes for floor supervisors, complete with aprons.

Gowns for Doctors
Mercatores has made uniforms for medical and health workers for almost half a century.
Our firm began producing medical and nursing gowns for private practices and clinics, and uniforms for the Italian Red Cross (jackets, trousers, waistcoats, Saharan jackets, etc.) in 1970.
